Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 Pickup
MSP operates two separate terminals roughly two miles apart, and they are not walkable from each other. Knowing which one you are landing at is the single most useful thing you can tell us at booking.
Terminal 1 – Lindbergh
Serves Delta, American, United, Alaska, and most legacy and international carriers. Pre-arranged vehicles pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, follow the overhead signage for Ground Transportation and look for the pre-arranged, limousine, or commercial vehicle lanes rather than the taxi or rideshare queues. If you land at a distant gate on Concourse A, B, or C, the underground tram will get you to baggage claim faster than walking.
Terminal 2 – Humphrey
Serves Sun Country, Southwest, JetBlue, Frontier, Spirit, and several seasonal carriers. It's a smaller, simpler building, and the ground transportation area sits directly across from the terminal at the Purple Ramp. The walk from baggage claim is short.
If you're not sure which terminal you're arriving at, send us your flight number and we'll confirm it for you. If your airline changes terminals or your flight is rerouted, our dispatcher adjusts your reservation, you do not need to rebook. For departures, we drop off curbside at the departures level of your terminal, as close to your airline's check-in doors as the roadway allows.

All vehicles are late model, non-smoking, professionally cleaned and inspected before dispatch, and fully licensed and insured for commercial passenger transport. Child safety seats are available on request, tell us the age and weight of each child at booking.
