Yes. Car seats can be provided upon request at the time of booking, subject to availability. Please let us know the age of the child so we can bring the appropriate seat and have it properly installed before your pickup.

For airport transfers and point-to-point trips, we recommend booking at least 6 hours in advance when possible. For weddings, corporate events, and group transportation with Sprinters or minibuses, reserving one to several weeks in advance helps guarantee vehicle availability, especially on weekends and holidays.

After you land, your chauffeur will contact you via text or call with exact pickup instructions based on your terminal and your preference (curbside pickup or meet-and-greet, if arranged in advance). If you have any trouble, you can always call our dispatch line for assistance.

We accept major credit cards and corporate billing with prior approval. For some trips, payments can be made directly to the driver or pre-paid online when you confirm your reservation.
